A speeding train roars past, leaving behind a somewhat down-and-out young man as it passes through a town (Buster Keaton Buster Keaton). He had no job and was helpless, and the job advertisement published in a super-large newspaper attracted the attention of young people. The notice came from a shooting training ground, and they asked the staff to have good shooting skills. The young man crammed his feet and stole the police's gun to get in touch, but his skills were really unbearable. Even so, he went ahead to apply for the job. The boss of the shooting range is a fierce-looking, burly man whose real identity is the boss of a robber gang who is plotting with his accomplices to kidnap a rich businessman. The young man was allowed to become a member of the gang by virtue of his cleverness, and he was appreciated by wealthy businessmen by mistake and became his bodyguard.
