Woody Harrison, who replaces Jason Statham, will star alongside Kevin Hart in the new action comedy Man From Toronto. Sony had been talking about Hart + Statham, but the latter quit a week ago because he insisted that the film be R-rated, while Sony refused, hoping for a wider audience. Now that Harrison has signed up, the film, which had been scheduled for release in North America on November 20, is already on a tight schedule, but now it has undergone a replacement and filming is even more urgent. Directed by ace bodyguard director Patrick Hughes, the protagonist of "Man from Toronto" is the world's strongest killer nicknamed "the Man from Toronto" and a daredevil from New York. The two meet in an Airbnb hostel, get the wrong identity and are hunted together by a deadly killer.
