The story focuses on the lovable kite man, who and his new girlfriend Golden Glider work part-time as criminals to support their stupid purchase of Noonan's, Gotham's most smoky cheap bar. Opening a bar in the shadow of Lex Luthor's "Legion of Doomsday" has brought the relationship between the kiteman and the golden glider to the next level. No one has said it would be easy to serve beer to the most dangerous thugs outside of Arkham Asylum, but sometimes you want to go to a place where everyone knows your name and how to hide a body.
