The show is a contemporary crime film set in the charming Chelsea district of London. Detective Max Arnold, who lives in the boathouse, was born in the exquisite and wealthy district of Chelsea, but his low-key style is a far cry from that of the elite. He lives in a boathouse at some distance from his neighbors. Max and his partner Agent Priya Shamsie have solved a series of appalling murders and uncovered the dark world behind Chelsea's iconic buildings. The bodies they met appeared in unlikely places, including family-run Italian restaurants and community garden centers linked to football hooligans.
