One day in 2012, the Heikra volcano near Greenland erupted, and the devastating eruption broke the glacier shelf, and a huge glacier hit the United States at breakneck speed through inertia. Bill Hart (Patrick Labyorteaux), a meteorologist living in Maine, is driving his son Nelson (Nick Afanasiev) to fly his daughter Julia (Katie Wilson) to New York. On the way, he learns the news of the glacier's explosion from a friend of the Greenland scientific research team, so he tries to take his son and wife Terry (Julie McCullough) out of Maine, where the glacier must pass. The glacier seemed to travel much faster than people had imagined, and Bill had to run to New York as soon as possible to join his daughter Julia. During this period, glaciers landed in the United States, the climate changed suddenly, disasters occurred frequently, the whole world fell into an unprecedented crisis, and the terrible ice age came again.
