Akeem and Gekim are identical twins in their thirties and have a brotherly love. They are hearing-impaired, but this will not hinder their daily life in the city of Tirana. One day, they received news that changed everything: they suffered from a rare genetic disease and would be blind. Together, with Gekim's girlfriend Anna by their side, they face a changing relationship with the world. Around a cup of coffee, the two brothers had to redefine their connection as they tried to adapt to their new lives.
