East Germany in the summer of 1989. Adam is a tailor and Evelyn is a waitress. They were planning a holiday together, and when Evelyn found out that Adam was cheating on her, she decided to go on holiday alone. She followed Adam to Hungary. With the narrowing of the border with Austria, everything in Hungary has changed. The boundaries of the world are open with the arrival of new possibilities for Adam and Evelyn to decide in which world-East or West-they want to build a happy life. Adam de Evelyn is adapted from Ingo Schultz's novel of the same name and has been translated into more than a dozen languages.
