In order to help infertile parents realize their dream of becoming parents, Carla Huxley set up a baby adoption agency to preach around the United States, claiming to find loving families for poor orphans and abandoned babies. However, behind that benevolent and kind ideal, Carla actually runs a dark, illegal international baby trafficking organization that conducts dirty and cruel baby transactions around the world. The means are despicable, cruel and secretive. All this was discovered by immigration customs law enforcement agent Nicole Morrison, so Nicole pretended to be the mother who wanted to adopt a baby and carried out an undercover operation in an attempt to reveal this amazing secret, directly tamper with Carla's lair and smash her evil baby trafficking activities.
