Colonel Catherine (Helen Mirren) led British intelligence to pursue a female terrorist for six years. After the US military joined the high-altitude surveillance operation, it was difficult to find her suspected figure at the secret base. When the special forces were preparing to capture her alive, the high-altitude reconnaissance personnel accidentally discovered that the terrorist was plotting a suicide bomb attack with others. In order to prevent harm, Catherine ordered the bombing of the secret base to annihilate the enemy. When the drone pilot Steve (Aaron Paul) aimed at the target, he discovered that this "secret base" turned out to be an ordinary residential house, and a girl even ran into his attack range to play.
