Outstanding pilot Tobb Shari (Charlie Sheen) leaves the Navy in disobedience and prepares to spend the rest of his life in an Indian tribe, but the Navy suddenly recalls him to a mission called "Stinky Rat". Regarding the navy, Tobb has too many memories. His father made a mistake while flying, which caused the death of his fellow comrades. This has become a knot that Tobb cannot get rid of. The military psychologist Damida (Valeria Golino) has left a deep impression on Tobb, who is in a poor mental state, with his excellent equestrian and gymnastics, but the beauty persuaded Tobb to quit. Tobb's re-recruitment was actually an evil plan by arms dealers.
